The Adam Quatro Bio Ethanol fire is a Hole in Wall inset fire has all the brilliance of a real, open flame fire thanks to the stainless steel bio ethanol burner. The fire can provide a heat output of up to 3kW depending on the size of the aperture, the burner provides a capacity of 1.5ltrs for your bio ethanol liquid fuel

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

The estimated lead time for delivery of this product is shown under the price on this web page. Deliveries are generally made Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm. The couriers cannot accept instructions from customers/recipients to deliver at specific times including AM or PM time slots as deliveries are made based on the logistics of the area they are being made in on any given day which is subject to volume of deliveries and how quickly each delivery can be made. The courier also won’t call you on the day in advance of the delivery so if you wanted a call an hour before the delivery was due to be made then they do not provide this facility either. Delivery is normally by a national courier the likes of UPS, DPD, YODEL or APC, they may also send you a text message to notify you of a planned delivery date (providing you have given us a mobile number as a means to contact you when placing your order). It is a 1 man delivery to a ground floor address. Couriers drivers are not insured to lift goods in to your property and will only deliver to your front door so if you think you will need assistance in lifting the goods on arrival and or to inspect them, then ensure to make arrangements in advance of delivery.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted the courier may elect to deliver to a neighbour where possible or they will leave a calling card posted through your door or letterbox to advise they tried to deliver if no one was available to accept delivery. The card will normally have the couriers details on it together their telephone number advising your delivery has either been left with a neighbour, taken to a collection point for you or returned to the nearest holding depot to your address awaiting redelivery instructions. For a redelivery you would simply contact the courier who would then be able to make arrangements with you directly to redeliver your order from their depot.

If you have ordered accessories such as fuel this may arrive in separate deliveries especially during busy periods so please allow 48 hours from receiving the 1st parcel for the 2nd parcel to arrive before contacting us about a split issue.

On receipt of goods they should all be fully inspected for any missing parts or damage and should any issues be found this should be reported to us within 48 hours by email as stated in our terms & conditions to entitle you to a valid claim. Thereafter, replacement parts will only be supplied on a chargeable basis.

Please be aware that sometimes boxes/packaging may not show any signs of damage on arrival but when goods are unwrapped they may reveal damage whereas sometimes boxes can be damaged but when opened there is no damage to the goods at all. So, irrespective of whether you intend to use the goods straight away or plan to store them and use them at a later date the goods do need to be fully unpackaged and checked over for any missing parts or damage once received within the 48 hour period. Do not leave the goods packaged/boxed up and presume they are complete and in good condition or you will run the risk of being out of time to make a valid claim, so to avoid disappointment fully inspect the goods on receipt and should any issues be found then you should email us with digital pictures so we can resolve this for you in a timely manner.

Finally, never install or use the goods that are damaged as this will be deemed as an acceptance of the goods with no refund, discount or exchange being possible.

Bioethanol fires of this type generally come fully assembled so there is little or no installation required. Simply unpackage the product, position it in your desired location, pour in your bio ethanol fuel and its ready to use.
